    Here is a very cool, old Bell System Practices flip book/binder - Outside Plant Construction and Maintenance.  Each section has its own date.  For example the first section is the Tools section, it is Issue 1, March 1938, AT & T Co Standard. The Masonry Drill Holder section is Issue 1, September 1952.  Pages are dated from the 30's, 40's and 50's.  Tabs at the bottom help you navigate through the book, there are a few pink pages within.
